First communion is a big event in the gypsy calendar. The day is spent preparing, with no expense spared, in making it a special memory. Family join the group as they walk to church accompanied by an accordionist. After the service in the community hall next door, friends and family gather to share the celebration. Home made traditional food, dancing and gift giving to young Raisa.
